Production Moulds
The L.M.& P. srl also includes Tecno System Srl, the company that performs moulding of plastic materials. The company has 13 injection moulds with closure ranging from 60 to 550 tons. For moulding bi-materials (plastic-rubber) a BILLION 200 ton mould is used.
Tecno System Srl has UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification.
CAD/CAM processing - The Engineering Office designers use the most powerful CAD/CAM applications available on the market.
Testing The testing room - To guarantee high finished product quality, L.M.& P. srl has an in-house test room which is fully equipped with all the instruments needed to check all phases of the entire production process.
